Help me cancel domain mapping!!

  I want to cancel domain mapping and I am not getting any help. I found the directions . it says to go to domain administration and click cancel domain. I cannot find any domain administration or cancel domain.! I am running out of time because tonight will be two days and I do not want to loose a domain that I have paid for.
  I CAN ONLY BE CONTACTED BY [removed by staff]!. because no matter what I do my email is no longer working. I need to hear from someone!!
