Help me cancel my subscription

  I’d like to cancel my $299 business plan. Please tell me how…. when I go to ‘manage account’ it takes me to ‘upgrading’.

  Hi there, all plans have a 30-day refund window. If you are within that window and logged in with the username account that purchased the Plan, you can begin the refund process from your Manage Purchases. More about that here: https://en.support.wordpress.com/refunds/
