help me crop

  Hi, i’ve tried 100 times to be able to crop my photo for the header and i couldn’t. Is there anyway you can just insert it for me? I tried to crop but didn’t get the chance…help me please, i’ve even forgotten what it looked like (my blog) before I messed it all up!

  I pre-size all images offline to the required dimensions prior to uploading them into my blog. That means I don’t waste my upload space and there is no loss of image quality.

  If you are, please do these:
