Help me disconnect a site from my WP account for which I lack admin access
-
I can’t remove TeK One 2014 site from my account (screenshot @ https://www.dropbox.com/s/fcidf8gq8nl0ny4/Screenshot%202015-12-10%2006.40.45.png?dl=0).
I don’t have admin login access any more for that site; I just want it removed from ‘my sites’.
Can you please help?
Thanks.

Hello!
Select TeK One 2014 from the page https://wordpress.com/sites and when it takes you to My Sites, navigate to Plugins. Locate Jetpack from the list of the plugins and click the Disconnect button on the right.
That should do the trick. Please let me know how it went. Cheers :)

Hm, that is strange :)
After you have selected tekone.org/2014 on the Sites page, could you try going to https://wordpress.com/plugins/tekone.org/2014? Are you able to open that page and disconnect Jetpack?

Alright, one more round! :D
In the upper left corner, click on Switch Site and then select All My Sites. Afterwards, you should be able to click on Plugins on the left menu and browse for Jetpack.
Let me know how it goes :)

:( Frankly, I have no other ideas. I hope that someone else will be able to assist.
If nobody is able to help soon, the best thing I can suggest would be to ask staff for assistance:
Good luck!

And thank you for helping, @dakisha . Normally these steps would work, but if they don’t, we can help from our end:

@dakisha
Note that as Jetpack is a plugin used by WordPress.ORG bloggers to achieve parity with what we already have built in to WordPress.COM blogs, and we do not provide Jetpack support on these wordpress.COM support forums you can direct these with other Jetpack issues to where they can get Jetpack support.re: Jetpack support
Some Jetpack solutions are here http://jetpack.me/support/Others are in the Jetpack support forum at WordPress.org
http://wordpress.org/support/plugin/jetpackHowever, if help cannot be found at either one then they can file a Jetpack support ticket here > http://en.support.wordpress.com/contact/?jetpack=needs-service

Jetpack is kind of the bridge between WP.com and WP.org . So WordPress.com staff can help here, but volunteers often can’t — particulary with an issue like this. So I would typically suggest either flagging staff and leaving it at that, or encouraging them to check out the Jetpack forums on WordPress.org . Or they can also contact Jetpack support here:
