HELP ME! domain mapping
-
I had an attempt at building a website on wordpress a couple of years ago. I currently transferred my hosting over to bluehost. Now, when I try to build it says that my mapping has expired. I checked my DNS mapping and it points to blue host. There is no sliding button to turn off wordpress hosting. I am such a newbie. I don’t know how to make this work. It says ‘the mapping for the domain has expired and needs new mapping.’ How can it be expired when I just registered on blue host?

Thanks for getting in touch. It can all be very confusing when you’re first trying getting started online, no worries!
Based on your post, it sounds to me, that you want to host your site on BlueHost rather than using WordPress.com? Is that right?
The mapping upgrade for your site expired on 2017-04-18 – but if you are using BlueHost going forward you don’t need the mapping here.
I can see that melonie-cannon.com is registered at http://www.fastdomain.com and the name servers currently point to BlueHost. If you want to use BlueHost you are set up correctly.
Write back to me here with any other questions.
