Help me find a plugin please

    Dear,

    I got stuck a little bit and I need a hand :)
    I want to make a table like content in the contact form so that people
    can write all different things and as contact form I want it to come to my email.
    I am searching all day for the plugin and can’t find one…
    Please help me :)
