@realsydlexia Hi there, I’ve closed the other threads you opened on this topic. Opening multiple threads in any forum asking the same question makes it difficult to track progress on your issue. Thanks for your help.
@simranjeetkaur10 – Adding the “Duplicate” tag to the Tags section of the forum thread sidebar helps us identify and handle duplicate threads by the same poster. It isn’t necessary to answer each duplicate thread saying the same thing since the duplicate thread will be closed or removed.
