Help me get my blog unfrozen!!

Hi, can anyone help me get through to support? I have sent multiple messages about getting my blog unfrozen, but I still haven’t heard back from anyone. Is there a live help section, or do they have a phone number?
I had posted in here last week describing how I had posted affiliate links on my blog not realizing it was against the TOS and then was frozen with that “wonderful” header on my blog, “suspended….” Like I stated last week, I had seen other blogs with affiliate links so I had no idea it was forbidden because I was too lazy to read the instructions.
Please someone help me. My blog is under a different name, but I’d rather not disclose it here.

When you sign up for a blog here at wordpress.com, you are agreeing to comply with the Terms of Service (TOS). In fact, the page has a check box next to this:
I have read and agree to the fascinating terms of service
so there is no real excuse for not knowing what is and is not allowed.
Blogs are suspended if they are found to be in breach of the TOS.
We do not contact you first to ask that content be modified or removed.
You cannot have that blog name back.
You cannot have the blog content back.
We take the TOS very seriously and act on every feedback we get to check out possible breaches.
We want wordpress.com to be a pleasant and safe environment for all our users. -
support just reopened after the weekend (they are closed every weekend) so maybe they’re taking a bit longer getting back to you?
