  I have never built a blog spot before and I need help. I had a website with another company but was recommended to this company because it apparently offers more. It has been a month since I started to try to figure out again how to set this up because for people who are not tech-savvy, this is very confusing. Why is there no phone number? The other company that I used was very easy to figure out how to set up my webpage.

  I was under the impression that my site is called karenjhornsby.com, not karenjkhornsby.wordpress.com. I paid extra for that.
