  I’M SO FRUSTRATED WITH YOU, I’VE PAID FOR A PREMIUM SERVICE AND I’M NOT GETTING IT. HOW DO I ACCESS SUPPORT?????????

  Note that none of the support systems are 24/7 at your beck and call.

  the support forum is however open 24/7 including holidays etc., then the speed depends on who is watching the forum and their knowledge level

  thank you, guess this will wait until morning.

  It’s just that I’m constantly seeing that “how can I help” pop up and haven’t needed it in months. So was not to up on hours of operations. I will bookmark your link and keep my temper in check.

  Depending on what you need help with you might want to try the forum here – no guarantee on the answer, but you might get lucky – some sharp people hang out in the forum from time to time
