Help me install calendar?

  i want to attach an event calendar, Kino, to my blog. Instrux are to install via WP, but I am not finding a place to begin. Doc is “Kino-events.php”
  Can you help me?

  We don’t allow plugins on WordPress.com for security reasons. Plugins are a feature only available for self-hosted blogs provided through WordPress.org.
