help me install pinterest button on my photos and site

  I do not know how to install using all of the codes and widgets etc. Please help me get Pinterest on my site. Also, I want to add video so may need to upgrade.

  These are the video embeds that WordPress.com supports for all of our blogs – no upgrade required. http://en.support.wordpress.com/videos/

  See here for the videopress upgrade which allows you to upload videos from your computer for hosting and playback directly within your blog.
  http://en.support.wordpress.com/videopress/ But note that if you upload your own videos to youtube or fileden, etc. that you don’t need to purchase the upgrade.
