  I am frustrated trying to find out if I can add a HTML contact form to my WordPress blog. It is hosted online by WordPress. Please help me!

  Is that why you’re shouting?. I don’t believe you can add a contact form into your blog unless you use the Blix template. I do know it has been discussed in the forum several times so if you did a search on contact form for blog you would find some information.
