  Do you want to delete the whole blog and never ever use the URL (blog address) again?
  Or do you want to clear the content out and start a new blog at the same URL (blog address)?
  Which one is it please?

  1. Delete blog content only – keep URL (blog address)
  you can quickly remove your contents by deleting them in bulk.

  Deleted blog URLs are not recycled, regardless of who registered and deleted them http://en.support.wordpress.com/recycling-blog-names/
  Deleting a site permanently removes it and you’ll never be able to reuse its WordPress.com address. If you delete a blog you will not be able to get it back and no one else will be able to use that blog address. You must be sure you never want to use the blog again if you delete it.
