  I just purchased a domain here at wordpress, when I open the url it stated that the page cannot be found? what should I do??? How can I use it if the page cannot be found?

  I it goes on, I think you should write staff at Support. Access should be given to you immediately. But something is obviously wrong.

  Have you set the nameservers correctly? Follow the instructions in the FAQ. Simply purchasing the upgrade doesn’t automatically set everything for you; you have to do some work yourself.

  What are the links for the existing WP.com URL and the new domain?
