  Here’s the story, I purchased a free-trial of Premium a month ago, and have since purchased the £85 package. I registered the domain name copperthornmag.com with the free trial, and mapped to it with my new paid-for package. However, it has since said that I have a DNS issue?? Help! I can’t send emails at the current the moment as well, which is so vitally important!!

  copperthornmag.com is not registered through WordPress.com, it is just mapped here. Domain Mapping is the upgrade you would purchase if you wanted to use a domain registered elsewhere (GoDaddy or 1and1 for example) with your WordPress.com site.

  Were you trying to register copperthornmag.com? Or do you have it registered elsewhere?
