HELP ME PLEASE

  Hi,

  I’m currently working on a live project and was confronted with this message after I installed image-hover-effect-for-visual-composer plugin.

  I can no longer access my dashboard or the site.

  Please let me know the solution to fix this issue.

  You are asking the wrong people here. From the error you posted, and the fact that you are talking about installing plugins, we can see that the content you are asking for help with is not hosted here at WordPress.com.
  https://en.support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/ explains some of the differences

  You could ask the forums at https://en.forums.wordpress.org for help. I suspect you will have to ask your hosting provider to restore your blog to a point before this happened. Make sure you tell them when the problem started so they can restore to a point prior to that.
