  I select free name for my blog (bestwaystobe.com) and i wrote my first blog but I can’t launch it to get viewed for a public.
  How i can launch it free?

  That domain hasn’t been registered yet. The address of your free site is https://bestwaystobe.wordpress.com/ Have you tried the “Launch site” button in “settings”?
