Help Me Please — Domain Transfer

  Hi, I’ve requested a transfer code a few times and I’m not getting an email about it. The email I have on file is correct and its not going into my spam folder. All I want to do is create a wordpress.org and transfer my domain to it (which is on wordpress.com). I don’t really have a clue what i’m doing at all tbh, I got a bluehost and mojomarketplace thing to get wordpress.org and put my domain on it but it won’t let install anything until i’ve transfer my domain. If anyone can help, please do – and use language for a dummy.

  Okay, i’m just going to bump this to see if anyone out there has any answers for me.

  I still haven’t got an email about it like i’m supposed to have.

  If no one can help me with this can anyone please tell me how i’m supposed to contact wordpress another way? They’ve taken my money for this domain name, they should have a better support system than this. What are you supposed to do if no one answers you?
