This can be a little confusing, but WordPress.com and WordPress.org are two different entities. The differences between the two are explained here:
This forum is for those whose sites are hosted at WordPress.com. I just looked at your site and it appears to be hosted at AliDropship, so there’s a different support forum over at wordpress.org/support/ – I’m sure the folks over there will be able to help you.
