In order to help you Staff need to know your specific computing environment details. Please work through what follows and report back.1. If you are not running one of the browsers and versions listed at http://browsehappy.com/ please try upgrading or switching first.
2. If you are using an IE browser in compatibility mode please disable that mode. http://windows.microsoft.com/en-us/internet-explorer/use-compatibility-view

(c) Exactly what you experience including what any error reports you receive state.
(d) You can use http://snag.gy/ to share screenshots and link to them here. If you use the WordPress.com guide for screenshots http://en.support.wordpress.com/make-a-screenshot/ you can and upload it to your Media Library, and return to this thread to provide the file name so Staff can examine it. -
Since 4-5 days whenever i tried to open wordpress.com i am getting the site opened unproperly without any colors and images,i try to open it in windows in pc as well in android with many browsers, i am able to load all other sites properly .i also tried all other steps that u mentioned above but nothing happens.
.Currently i am using chrome in windows 8 [chrome version – 42.0.2311.90].
when i try to open wordpress.com i am getting this message at the end of the page –

Thanks so much for the added information. This thread is tagged for Staff and they have a backlog. What’s required is your patience as Staff work through all forum threads tagged for their attention and through all email support tickets in chronological order based on datestamps and timestamps – first posted first served, as would be expected.
How long it takes to clear the threads and support tickets depends on how many Happiness Engineers are working on them at any given point in time. It also depends on how complex the issues in each thread and ticket are are.
Please don’t bump your thread here by posting into it again because it’s not in your best interest to post to it after it has been tagged for Staff help. Doing that moves the timestamps forward and it takes longer to get a response.

first of all thanks for reply in no time.the second thing is that i dont expect such problem with such a big comapny[wordpress].I am using wordpress since a month i liked it very much, i hope a solution to my problem soon.

Can you please try clearing out your browser’s cache?
If that doesn’t work, see if you can replicate the problem in another browser, e.g., Firefox.
Also, send me a screenshot, so I can better understand the issue. You can simply upload the screenshot to your Media Library, like any other image, and I’ll be able to access it from there.

Once I get some feedback, we can take the next troubleshooting step in resolving your issue.

I think you have not read my comment above in which i have already told that i have tried all the steps mentioned by timethief , i have tried to clear the cache , tried to open wordpress in many browsers in andoird as well as pc but i am not able to load it successfully. I have also mentioned the screenshots of my browser the above comment , i am only able to use wordpress using android app. -
I tbink this problem is with my internet connection . but i am able to load all other sites properly except wordpress.com . Can you please tell me how to solve this problem ?

Are the devices you’re having trouble viewing WordPress.com on all connected to the same network?
If so, can you please try visiting WordPress.com with these devices on a different network (e.g., school, library, Internet cafe network)?
After you’ve done this, please let me know the result, and I will continue to troubleshoot your issue.

Yes,they all are. Connected to same network.
I check to open it in other network and i am able to successfully load the site. -

How to contact network administrator ?
I think its impossible . if i mail them i will get reply in months i think so.
