help me, plugins is not there

    HI,
    I Want To Add a News Ticker Under My Site’s Header and I Need A Ticker That I Can Control The Text In and Write What I Want Into It,
    The Problem That I Did Not Found This Kind Of News Ticker and The Big Problem That I Can’t See The Plugin Section On My Dashboard.
    Can Anybody Contact Me If He Can Help.

    If you do a search of the forum, you’ll see that you cannot use plugins on a WordPress.COM blog. They are only for WordPress.ORG blogs.

    As for a news ticker, I’m not aware of any that work here, as they are usually script-based, and scripts are stripped out for security reasons. You can use an RSS widget instead in your sidebar.
