Help me renew my domain

I tried to renew my domain but kept going in a circle in the billing section. I tried a couple of times. Am usually very computer literate so not sure what I’m doing wrong this time. Feel very stupid!

You have to be logged in as Admin http://en.support.wordpress.com/user-roles/#administrator under the exact same username account that registered the blog to access the blog’s dashboard, renew or cancel any upgrades, claim a refund for any qualified upgrades, and disable auto-renew. Dashboard > Store > My Upgrades.
If you are not logged in under the correct username account clear your browser cache https://en.support.wordpress.com/browser-issues/#clearing-your-browser-cache and cookies https://en.support.wordpress.com/browser-issues/#clearing-wordpress-com-cookies and then login under the correct username account.

Hi there,
You don’t own any domains on WordPress.com. You had a domain, nakedenvelope.com, but that expired on 15 December and has already been removed from our system. That domain is currently in redemption with our domain registrar.
I should still be able to recover that domain for you, but our registrar charges a $80 fee to restore a domain from redemption. I’ll need you to agree to that fee before I can get the process started.
