I repeat TT’s response: you are in the wrong forum. We cannot help you. That blog is not hosted here and never was. It’s showing on your dashboard because you installed the WP stats or Akismet using your API Key. You will need to contact staff directly and ask them to remove it if you cannot access the blog and do it yourself. http://support.wordpress.com/contact
