help me to distinguish two sites, login and delete contents

trying to access my original site psychforsport.wordpress.com but can’t rmeember log in details and i woudl like to either make this site private or delete contents. i have another site called http://www.psychforsport.com which is done using wordpress but not hosted by wordpress. i’m confused as to how to access the wordpress URL site, and not damage my other one. thanks.
