Help me to Unlock my Domain

  Hello, I was trying to transfer my current domain http://www.mszhaochinese.com to Bluehost and I requested the EPP code and put it into my Blueshot account. But it’s been more than a week, my website is still not been transferred there. I called the Bluehost customer, they told me my domain is still locked. I’m wondering if you could help me to unlock my domain and give me a new EPP code, so I can contact the Bluehost back to update my registrar information.

  Hi there –

  Looking at the domain in our system I can see the transfer process has been initiated. We aren’t able to interrupt that in any way, it’s in a locked status at this point. Domain transfers do take about a week from start to finish. To be clear, did you complete step #5 on this guide? https://wordpress.com/support/domains/transfer-domain-registration/
