I am trying to figure out who the administrator is at monroesdonutsandbakery.
I am trying to figure out who the administrator is on monroesdonutsandbakery.com. My name is ken and I have been trying for weeks to get someone off as administrator . By owner of this account. Person who paid for this account. Monroe Jackson had a lady name Meredith ( email: (email visible only to moderators and staff)) design his website. He wanted me to redesign it and to get administrator username and password so we can take control of his site. Instead of doing so Meridith sent a link as an editor….and that is not what Monroe wants. He wants full control and her(Meredith off completely) she refuse to tell him or myself password or username. Last time I spoke with someone at WordPress they gave me a link and I was able to verify Monroe’s traction ID and other info to verify his account to take over . It shows his credit card used and I think an old email : (email visible only to moderators and staff) I thought I changed it. To his current email which is (email visible only to moderators and staff) But don’t know what happened . He is not computer savvy at all and I think that she want to hang on to his info for some personal gain. He does not want a new domain. He has been in business for over 20 years and he is known by monroes Donuts and bakery. Please help us take back control of his account. He is going on the food network next month and he need to update his site. We need Meredith blocked totally, once and for all. This is so upsetting to him and I am just trying to help. We did accept the invite she sent us , but we had no other choice . But cannot do any thing and she still has total control which he doesn’t want. Everyone that tries to help gives me link in which I have to answer 3 questions verifying ownership ofnsite. That would be great. But We tried doing that. We never have all the information for the form. We don’t have the transaction ID or any other proof. . He doesn’t use the email used before. How do we get the verification proof. One time someone from 24x7wpsupport sent a link and we saw old email used . I think it had transaction Id on there doesn’t it . And other? Please help me verify account so I can change username, and password to website.,modlook

That is my problem . I can’t answer the 3 questions on that form. I forgot the link WP gave me that before when I pulled up transaction Id . What was the Link.?

That link most likely came in an email that had a receipt confirming the purchase of an upgrade on the account. If you can find that email, the transaction ID is most likely there.
