Help me with 2 issues

    I chatted with support a couple weeks ago who said your company could fix 2 issues with my site for $79. I can’t find the chat button now, nor a way to email your to get these changes done.

    Hi there:

    To avoid confusion, there are three different “WordPress” at play here:

    1. The free, open-source WordPress software which powers your website.
    2. WordPress.org which is the open-source project that works on the WordPress software and where you can get the software for free to use on your own hosting provider.
    3. WordPress.com which is a managed hosting provider of the WordPress software and with whom you’re contacting now.

    WordPress.com does not offer a “fix your site” service, so I’m not sure where you got that information. I also don’t see any chats under the account you’re logged into within the past year, so I’m pretty sure that you did not contact WordPress.com.

    If you can let us know what you need help with and for which site, we can try and point you in the right direction.
