Help me with my buttons
-
Hi people,
I’m having a hard time centering my buttons on the homepage. Since I updated wordpress it seems the buttons can only be aligned on the left or right. And not in the center. The setting of the block is: justify content center. Still if I publish the website, the buttons will jump to the left or right…
I don’t know how to code, but maybe I can try to put something in the HTML anchor or Additional CSS class(es) field?
Someone has an answer to this? :)
Thanks so much in advance.

Hi there,
Please share the page with the buttons so that we can test for the suitable css you may require to centre align them.

You can use this CSS to center the buttons.
/* center align buttons */ .wp-block-cover, .wp-block-column { text-align: center; }Going forward, you will need to ask for assistance on this forum as it is the correct one for sites such as yours. The forum you are posting on is intended for supporting free sites hosted here at WordPress.com and yours is a self-hosted site using the open-source software from WordPress.org

Hi @lisavandeutekom – This part stands out to me…
Still if I publish the website, the buttons will jump to the left or right
In addition to what @therefoiam mentions above, I recommend contacting the theme creator and sharing your recent experience. It could be a theme bug and something they are not yet aware of. You can contact them here: https://blossomthemes.com/support-ticket/

I tried to enter the CSS as you put it here, but it won’t work :( Do you have any other solutions? Or do I need to change something in the CSS? I copy, pasted the above one.
