HELP!!! We had a change of personnel and the email receving notifications that catalystatlarge.com registration renewal was due was not being monitored.
We absolutely want to keep this domain name. Is there any way to get it back?
Ideally as fast as possible.

Yes, we will be glad to help. The domain expired back on 2019-09-19. I’d suggest adding a note to a calendar for a reminder about that incase y’all ever get in the situation where the email is no longer monitored again.
You will want to update the email associated with this account to one that you are monitoring regularly. That can be changed at https://wordpress.com/me/account/
Because the domain expired a few months ago it is now in the redemption phase. This means that we need help from our domain partner in order to renew it. They charge us an $80 fee for the service. Before we can proceed we need you to make that payment. The form has been sent to you via email (email on the account). Let me know if you do not receive that note from us.
Once we receive payment we will write to our domain partner. They’ll review the domain status and get back in touch with an update. Typically that only takes 2-3 days and then someone from our team will write back to you here relaying that update.
