  If you have a php file then you’re in the wrong place here at WP.com. You need to go to the wordpress.org forums.

  I see that you do have a WordPress.com blog. Just to clarify – you cannot upload any themes to WordPress.com (only .org). For an explanation of the difference between .com and .org, please see http://faq.wordpress.com/2006/05/07/wordpresscom-vs-wordpressorg/

  by linking your name to your blog it will cut down the confusion
