Help migrating

Dear WordPress
I unsuccessfully tried to migrate email subscribers from my WordPress blog to my new site on BlueHost.
When I asked for help from BlueHost, they said I had migrated from the wrong blog and that I should try again. When I used Jetpack this time, I couldn’t find the tabs that JetPack’s instructions told me to use.
The reply from BlueHost said you could help me accomplish and said to post here and give you this link.
Please help. I’m not a big blog, but these are my most loyal followers.

Do you also want us to migrate your site stats from the WordPress.com site to the new self-hosted site?
When I asked for help from BlueHost
You did not contact Bluehost support. You posted in the Jetpack plugin forums on WordPress.org. Bluehost is your hosting provider, and to contact them for help with your hosting account you’d need to log into the customer portal at Bluehost.com.
You are using the open source WordPress software on Bluehost’s servers, and WordPress.org is the website where that software is made and supported. So for help with the WordPress software itself you’ll post in the general forums at https://wordpress.org/support/forums/, and for help with a particular plugin or theme you’d contact support for that plugin or them directly.
I’m mentioning this so you know who to contact for help with which aspects of your site in future :)
