help moving followers…
-
I recently moved from http://justcharlieg.wordpress.com to self hosted http://justcharlieg.com and I’ve lost all my stats and followers, I have followed a post here already, suggesting I use a migrate followers option but I am unable to find such an option. Can anyone please advise if this is possible at all and if so how?
Many thanks
Charlie

Your email subscribers can be moved from your .wordpress.com blog to your WordPress.org install. Install and activate the JetPack plugin first http://jetpack.me and then follow this guide https://en.support.wordpress.com/moving-a-blog/moving-your-subscribers/#wordpress-com-to-self-hosted-site
Staff will move your stats for you. I tagged this thread for that to happen.

Thank you, I already have Jetpack installed but am having trouble with the guide you linked t, its the one I’ve been trying to follow but I can’t find the option to migrate as suggested by the walk through.

While I have jetpack installed, no site appears on my site list saying “my jetpack site” and when I look at the settings, there is no migrate option.

Hi Charlie!
Just to confirm, we’re moving the stats and followers from justcharlieg.wordpress.com to the self-hosted site justcharlieg.com. Is that correct? Just reply back to confirm, and I’ll get this done!

Your stats have been merged as well. You can see the updated stats here:

Let me know if you need anything else!
