Help moving my domain to Weebly

  Hi all,

  I’m looking to switch from WordPress to Weebly. I’ve told Weebly I want to use the domain I set up with WordPress, and they’ve given me an email to send to WordPress to ask them to change it for me, and instructions on how to do just do it myself.

  The problem with both is that I can’t email wordpress because they don’t have a support email, and I can’t fully edit my DNS/A name details on my account page – I can only add.

  Is there a member of staff who can help me out with this? Also can I deactivate my account with WordPress once it’s done? Or do I need to keep my account because the domain will still be registered with WordPress?

  UPDATE:

  I’ve followed detailed instructions on how to update the a name DNSs found here: http://hc.weebly.com/hc/en-us/articles/202147473-Use-a-Wordpress-Domain-with-Your-Site.

  However, my DNS details are not editable… as mentioned in the intial post. I can only add. How can I simply edit them?
