help moving to wordpres.ORG

I set up a web hosting account with 000webhost and i tried to move my wordpress.com there so i could get all the features of wordpress.org, but to no avail. i have been searching for days on how to do it but have come up with nothing that works. please help me, i dont know what else to do.

The following cover moving to a .ORG installation. The import support document works for .ORG installs as well. This will move all your content over (pages, posts, categories), but will not include theme or widgets. Any text widgets that you have created will have to have the contents copied and pasted into text widgets on the new installation. During the import process, you will be given the opportunity to have the importer bring all your images and documents that you have uploaded to your media library here over and into your new installation. The 4th link below shows how to import your links (blogroll) to your new site.
