Help! My background image disappeared without warning!

I’m not too sure why this is happening because the background on my website was working earlier this morning. Now however, it’s been replaced with a grey. I didn’t do any special coding to it, and I used the custom background tool under appearance in the dashboard in order to upload the background image in the first place. Is there someone who can provide a solution to this? I would appreciate it very much!

BTW I have flagged the other thread for Staff attention. You may want to post into it so all the folks experiencing this issue are brought to Staff attention in that single thread.
