help! my blog is being hacked.

  hi guys,
  my name is Jacky, i blog at jackbook.com
  hope someone can help me, i have the last updated wordpress version.
  everytime people go to the homepage, they are automatically redirected to one of the single post.

  i have checked the following files, and they look normal
  1. htaccess
  2. header.php
  3. footer.php
  4. (i have even changed to default theme)
  5. all redirection plugins. (i have even deactivate all the plugins)

  still doesn’t work.

  please someone help me, thanks

  oops sorry guys,
  it is the plugin. seems the hacker changed my askimet wordpress plugin.

  will update this thread again soon.

  Since you are self-hosted and using the software downloaded from wordpress.ORG, you need to direct your question to http://wordpress.ORG/support/ . This forum is for users of WordPress.COM, the free hosting service, and it uses a modified multi-user version of the software which is different from what you are using and few, if any, here know anything about it.

  WordPress.com or WordPress.org? The difference.

  Don’t worry about it. Fully 30% of the inquiries we get are from people who need to be in the other forum. If you can edit the original post to set to Resolved, that would be great.
