Help! My blog is broken! Support is never open!

  I’ve posted before about this, and I see that others have as well, but I’m not seeing a resolution. I’ve read all the posts…and followed all the advice: forced a refresh, emptied cache, etc, to no avail. Everytime I try to click on “Contact Support” it always says it’s closed, even though I’m trying during “open hours”. I can’t find where to leave “feedback” for help.

  Problem: I am unable to upload pictures into my library. Everytime I click on the add media button, the blog entry fades to a brownish color, and the task loading bar just sits there and loads forever…haven’t been able to get the library to open at all. I have been using WordPress for 9 months with about 3 posts per week, with tons of photos, and have never before encountered this problem .

  Could someone please help me fix my blog? I think there’s a code issue on WordPress’ side, but I cannot reach them, as stated above. I don’t want to lose my readership through not being able to post!

  Support will be open in 5 minutes. On the upper right of your dashboard is the little tab that says Support. You can use that.

  I’m sorry, but as I’ve stated…EVERY TIME…no matter WHAT time I click on support, it says it is closed.

  I understand you are frustrated but there’s no need to shout.

  Try emailing support at wordpress dot com.

  Thanks so much ellaella! I’ve been trying to get through, and haven’t been able to find an email address for them, and none of the buttons are working to send them one…I’ve just sent them a copy of this post, so hopefully they will be able to fix the problems.

  You’re welcome. I’m sure it will be resolved. Meantime, you might want to check the photo tips at onecoolsite.wordpress.com. Also there have been many, many threads here about images and uploading since the new software. One/some of them might offer a solution.
