Help! my comments form is not working (and never was)- the developer wont reply

  Hi I was wondering if anyone could help me- I bought a theme and built my website only to realize the comments form is not working- so once you submit the form there is a 404 page that says file not found! The developer is not getting back to me on this issue and I saw in the developer’s forum that other users are having a problem with this as well. Any suggestions?
