Help: my domain and plan expired 5 days ago
-
The email I use for work is linked to my domain, which I purchased acquired through wordpress years ago in their personal plan. I have tried renewing my domain, it did not work. I tried resetting my password (I cannot because I no longer get emails). I tried recovering my account but I receive a message saying wordpress does not host my site. This is not true because I have an email years ago from wordpress saying that my site was hosted from wordpress.com. When I check currently on WHOIS, it shows it is hosted by Parklogic. I don’t know who approved that, my domain expired 5 days ago and should legally be in a grace period.
If anyone could please help, I need my domain and need to receive work emails again. Any information is appreciated! -
You only created this account shortly before posting here so it won’t have any connection to your unnamed domain. If the site was here then logging in to the correct account would enable you to renew. You’ll need to reveal the full URL of the domain to get further assistance.

Hi, @renssohinostroza. Thanks for sharing your domain. I can confirm waskasac.com is pointing properly to WordPress.com, which means your site is hosted with us.
But it sounds like you don’t have access to the email connected to the account, or at least you didn’t while the domain was apparently expired.
Can you please let us know if you were already able to access the account that owns waskasac.com? If not, the next step is to follow the steps in this page:
When you are unable to log into your WordPress.com account, you have a few options to regain access to your account. In this guide, you will learn how to restore your login access.
