Help! My Domain Expired!

  Hi. I was not able to renew on time my domain name, FULLLIFECUBE.COM. What do I need to do to renew it? Thanks.

  Hi there,

  Your domain expired in March already and has been removed from our system.

  I might still be able to recover it from our registrar, but there’s an $80 redemption fee to do this, in addition to the regular cost of the domain. If the recovery is unsuccessful we refund the amount in full.

  The alternative is to wait a few weeks for the domain to be released at which point you can try to register it again at the regular cost. But if you do this you also run the risk of losing it completely as anyone else can buy the domain once it’s released.

  Please let me know how you would like to proceed.

  Hi there,

  Just in case you didn’t receive our email, we are able to restore your domain but we’re still awaiting payment.

  If you didn’t receive my email with the payment link, please check your spam folder as well, and let me know if I have to resend it. The moment we receive your payment we can reactivate the domain on your account.
