Help! My domain is not working

  Hello,

  My domain is no longer working. It is giving me an error saying DNS needs updating. I don’t know what that means. Please help!!

  Hi there.

  From our records, I see that hiploot.com was registered through us on the 15th March, and then cancelled on the 27th March. When a domain is cancelled, it gets sent back to our registrar and enters an expiration process that generally takes around 80 days to complete. You domain’s now entered the redemption process as explained in this guide:

  I’ve gone ahead to refund the $13 you recently spent on mapping hiploot.com to your WordPress.com site, as the domain isn’t active. Please note, it usually takes a few days for a refund to process and appear on a statement.

  Your site, and all of its content, is still available at hiploot.wordpress.com, and your free to register another domain as part of your WordPress.com Premium trial. In case you’re interested, hiploot.net and hiploot.org are both available.

  Additionally, there’s still a chance that we can retrieve hiploot.com from redemption. This will, however, involve a late renewal fee. I’ve gone ahead to email you privately with some more details around this.
