Help : My domain is not working! My DNS are OK

  Hi,

  I set up my blog with myb own domain name and as you can see in my “domain” area, the DNS are valid.

  So I did well redirected my DNS to wordpress.com and your system seem to recognize it but my URL is still nor working :
  http://philippewaechter.nam.natixis.com

  Please help me, I’m stuck with this since several weeks,

  Hi there,

  Thanks for writing in! I’ve been reviewing your site and while I cannot review the settings for your domain itself since it is registered elsewhere, I can see that though our system has seen it as having the DNS set correctly, it does not appear to have been.

  I would recommend that you log in to your domain management site and change your settings so that your subdomain is setup as a CNAME. That CNAME should simply point to your WordPress.com site, so it would be a record along the lines of this:

  philippewaechter.nam.natixis.com points to philippewaechter.wordpress.com

  After propagation (which takes between 1 and 48 hours), that setting should work!

  Hi,
  Thanks a lot, actualy I did change the DNS for ns1, ns2 and ns3.wordpress.com but it doesnt seem to work.

  Anyway I’ll follow your recommendation and I’ll change this to a simple CNAME :
  philippewaechter.nam.natixis.com points to philippewaechter.wordpress.com
