HELP! My entire wordpress site disappeared

    Hi,

    I’m in desperate need for help because my wordpress site disappeared when I installed a new woocommerce theme that I chose from the woocommerce themes section. I can’t access my site or the dashboard to undo this somehow. When I go to the site url I get this error:

    “Fatal error: Cannot use isset() on the result of an expression (you can use “null !== expression” instead) in D:Hosting12238374htmlwp-contentthemessshopincwc-functions.php on line 50″

    Can someone please help me get my site back? I would greatly appreciate any help on solving this issue.

    Hi, you don’t mention what site you are having issues with, or whether this is a WordPress.COM or WordPress.ORG hosted site?

    If your site is not hosted at WordPress.COM then your query will get better tailored support over on the WordPress.ORG’s support forum where there will be people who can help with your WordPress.ORG site.

    For more info on the differences in case it’s not clear: difference between .COM & .ORG sites .

    Hi acesabe! My wordpress site is hosted at my godaddy hosting. All the files are still there, just that the site doesn’t work anymore. And I don’t know a way to go back to my previous theme without being able to log into the WP admin.

    Thanks, darnelldibbles. I tried to contact them from there, but they ask me to purchase an item to gain access to the support.

    Hi, I’d urge you to get support via the WordPress.ORG forums as that is where people who host their sites with services other than WordPress.COM can get the support needed for issues such as yours:

    https://wordpress.org/support/

    And as Darnell says, the WooCommerce team will also help as this issue appears directly due to application of a theme.
