HELP! My Help window on WordPress is broken!

  Hi, I hope someone can help me!

  I have been locked out of getting help on a business plan WordPress site for days now. Ever since I got transferred from the bot to a human I can’t access the bot. The person that helped me doesn’t answer any more either. Somebody from WordPress support needs to clear and reset my Help access in my WordPress account please! I’m paying for a business plan here and I’m not getting any support.

  I have emailed twice. I got an automated email telling me to clear the browser and I’ve done all of that. The support email actually had the nerve to tell me to go and get help from the bot. I CAN’T ACCESS THE BOT! That’s my point, darling.
