HELP…MY MENU ISN’T REDIRECTING TO WHERE IT’S SUPPOSED TO
-
I started editing with the Jaida theme and the menu part is driving me crazy. I was able to get the menu displayed on the site but when you click to any category/subcategory, it shows all the posts on the blog no matter what the tag and category is. Can anyone guide me on how I can fix this? Thanks!

Hi! Thank you for checking in about this. Luckily it’s a relatively quick fix!
Here’s how:
- Head to Appearance > Editor to open the Site Editor.
- From the Site Editor sidebar, head to Templates, and then choose the ‘All Archives’ template in order to edit it.
- Once you’re editing this template, select the Query Loop block you can see there. To make it easier, I’d suggest using the List View panel so you know you have the Query Loop selected.
- Open up the block settings panel on the right hand side of the Site Editor, if it isn’t already open.
- In the Query Loop settings, ensure the button “Inherit query from URL” is switched on, and then save the change to the template.
This should automatically get all your category pages displaying correctly!
