Help – My page give me an error

    Good day

    Please help. My page give me an error and I am unsure how to fix it.
    The error is:

    Not Found
    The requested URL was not found on this server.

    Please help

    Correct account: Yes

    Hi there,

    The only sites I see on your @lcjooste WordPress.com account when I check on our end are listed here:

    • blissful-lcjooste.wordpress.com

    I seem to be able to visit that site without issue so I do not see the error you see. Is it possible you created your site under a different login that we are not able to see?  What is the URL of the site you are needing help with?

    Happy to check in our system so we can take a closer look.

    Could you please double-check if the domain name was spelled correctly? If it is indeed correct and you haven’t registered the domain yet, we’d be happy to assist you in registering it with WordPress.com.

    Hi

    I apologies. I left out the e.

    It is mystiquesa.co.za. I had finished building the website and published it.

    I made one small change and then it went down with the error.

    Unfortunately, we won’t be able to assist you because your website isn’t hosted on our WordPress.com managed hosting. Your website is hosted by a different provider on a separate host, and we’re unable to provide support in this case. However, I can guide you in the right direction.

    The good news is that since you’re using the open-source version of the WordPress platform, which works differently from what we provide on WordPress.com, you can seek help at the community forums located here:

    The community members on the open-source forum have more experience with these issues and will be able to assist you better.
