Help. My page has disappeared

  Hi ! I am sorry if I ask a silly question but is my first blog, and my second day here in the wordpress family. I wrote some articles, everything was going well and after that, I’ve changed the theme and everything vanished. I can only see on the first page, the theme with all its content but not mine. Please help me get my content back.
