help my site have a critical error

    today morning when i opened my site i have got this error

    Fatal error: Cannot redeclare true_plugins_activate() (previously declared in /home1/royalcpc/eaglestudio.royalpadovacricket.com/wp-includes/functions.php:7598) in /home1/royalcpc/eaglestudio.royalpadovacricket.com/wp-includes/functions.php on line 7657

    pls help me t resolve it
