Help–my site seems to have expired although I am fully paid up

My site blarneycrone.com or blarneycrone.wordpress.com is showing up online as domain expired. My account with you shows I am fully paid up. Can you help me get my site back? thanks Liz

So, it looks like in this case, your domain mapping upgrade is fully paid up as you mentioned. You can see that here:

You can think of this like domain hosting that keeps your site up and running. However, on top of that, you also need to keep up the domain registration, which isn’t through WordPress.com.
Do you remember where you registered the domain? Looking at the public record here, it appears to be Melbourne IT:
http://www.who.is/whois/blarneycrone.com
For the domain to work correctly, you will need to renew the registration at the registrar.
